dirty, mean, rude Jesus?

I find it challenging enough to know that there’s a whole lot of people who do not know the Truth, but worse off when I hear the degrading stories that portray God and his children as debauched.  “At the end of the day, we are all hypocrites”.

Is that what you also think?

Appalled at the very thought of it; not because of I’m little miss perfect but because of its gravity and the negative effect it has upon the ones yet to come to know the real beauty associated with God. I apologize on the behalf of all fraudulent pastors, unkind believers, and corrupt mentors and leaders; to the ones who have been mistreated either because you come from a different church or because of your inability to keep up with the religious tasks (praying, fasting etc.), to the ones with already scarred notions about Christianity, I sincerely lay down an apology, we are all God’s work in progress.

However, people Truth remains truth so no matter how ridiculed or crooked some portray it to be, it still stands unaltered on the basis of veracity. No form of mediocrity or hypocrisy should be allowed to vary our faith. Now there are two parts to understand in all this – not dragging God’s name in the mud and not allowing ourselves to be affected negatively when others do.

The Christian is not just a fancy word used to describe those who want to act like they are better off than everyone else. From that place of brokenness you find a Man who cries out to someone who cares and receives an extraordinary kind of love but most of all, he receives an extraordinary kind of life one that makes him responsible for his thoughts, attitudes, words and actions.

Yes, we haven’t all reached perfection yet but the idea is to come to the unity of faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).We all have these responsibilities as Christians, broken down perfectly (Follow the sequence)
